This coming June, the Warialda community in northern New South Wales is celebrating the 175th Anniversary of justice and policing in the district. In 1840 the town was one of the earliest outlying centres formally assigned police in what was a small but expanding colony of NSW.

The weekend of 6 and 7 June 2015 will contain a range of festivities including a Grand Parade, Blue Light Disco, mock trial re-enactment, tours of the Courthouse and cells, a Pioneer Cemetery Walk, charity golf day and an art exhibition.
