Since 2008, the APJ has awarded prizes for the best crime articles for that year. The awards are to commemorate the memory of the late Ron Stephenson who, in his retirement years, became a prolific author of crime articles for the APJ.
His work included some of our nation’s most horrendous and violent case histories. He also published four crime books which are still much sought after. Ron was a close friend and great supporter of the APJ.
The Editorial Team congratulates the prize-winning authors and thanks all those who have contributed such worthy articles published in the APJ in 2025.
